Refund policy

Online purchases made through carovasquezaccessories.com are valid only for exchanges within 15 days of the shipping date. No refunds are permitted. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the pieces being returned. All the pieces must be in perfect condition and they should be returned in the original package provided by Caro Vasquez Accessories. The customer must send an email to carovasquezaccessories@gmail.com with the order number to return the product.
